The last one is an app that I use on my NOOK tablet.  I love it.  It has all the Bible version I could want, some even have audio.  It has reading plans (Read the Bible in a year, Made to Crave, Matt Redman, lots more).  You will need wi-fi to use it though and you will need to make an account to do the reading plans, but I think it's worth it.
