Melody Carlson is a prolific writer. She has written for kids, teens, and adults (mainly women), and many different genres. As a reader, I have rarely been disappointed with one of her books. I have enjoyed her Christmas stories, her chick-lit, and her women's fiction. I have not read River's Song but imagine it will be a great read.
